This is a fun Black-Op adventure with a strong female lead. Sure, it is over-the-top, but most in the genre are. So, a hottie badass? Yup. This one has a nice little twist in the end as well. Although it tells a full story, it does continue with more (a lot more it appears) installments. Easy to consume - great travel book. You can read the description - but basically an ex-Mossad agent living under the radar. This doesn't last too long and she is forced back into action to find answers, take names, and kill bad guys. This is action-driven with quick-pace chapters. I assume she fleshes out more as there are 11 books (to date). Nothing too substantive, but it may hook you into the entire collection. So, if you like counter-intelligence, kill shots, and a strong protagonist - check JET out.
4 of 5 stars From the Publisher:
Twenty-eight-year-old Jet was once the Mossad's most lethal operative before faking her own death and burying that identity forever. But the past doesn't give up on its secrets easily. When her new life on a tranquil island is shattered by a brutal attack, Jet must return to a clandestine existence of savagery and deception to save herself and those she loves. A gritty, unflinching roller-coaster of high-stakes twists and shocking turns, JET features a new breed of protagonist that breaks the mold. Fans of Lisbeth Salander, SALT, and the Bourne trilogy will find themselves carried along at Lamborghini speed to a conclusion as jarring and surprising as the story's heroine is unconventional.
